A lovely vintage sterling and enamel brooch with an arts & crafts style design. The colors are mauve and white, with silver and gold accents. It measures 2” x 3/4" and weighs 10 grams. Marked “Sterling”, “Genuine Cloisonne”, as well the makers mark of the Watson Company. Finished with a safety pin clasp, it is in excellent condition, with no enamel wear or other wear to note. The Watson Company of Attleboro, Massachusetts produced a general line of jewelry goods and flatware, this pin is circa 1915.

Contemporary gold tone pin by Marie Streichenberger made in France. From 1985 to 2003 her company specialised in the design and manufacture of custom jewellery and fine leather goods. According to her web site some of her clients included Christian Dior, John Galliano, Lanvin, Kenzo, Escada, Christofle, Balenciaga, Arthus-Bertrand, Givenchy, Thierry Mugler, Valentino, Nina Ricci, Claude Montana, Rochas, Donna Karan. This brooch is very similar to jewelry she produced for Christian Dior that was featured in the August issue of Vogue in 1991. The pin measures 2 1/2” x 1 1/2” and weighs 20.4 grams. It is in near perfect condition with no wear. A very sculptural piece with top notch quality.

Wonderful Modernist sterling silver ring C1960 made by Vermont silversmith Joseph Skinger. This ring is size 10 and is marked Sterling Skinger. The style seems influenced by machine made or industrial forms. Joseph A. Skinger was born in Worcester, MA on March 16, 1911 and died in 1967. A successful and well known designer and craftsman in hand wrought silver jewelry. His business "Silver by Skinger" was located in Stowe, Vermont.

Fine thistle pin by New England master Stavre Gregor Panis, a member of the Boston Society of Arts & Crafts. This beautiful pin is completely hand-made with wonderful chased details. Vintage finely crafted mistletoe pin signed BaurING Sterl. It measures 1-5/8" by 1-3/4". Bauring was an American jewelry company specializing in high end platinum and sterling jewelry. Their time in business was shortlived, roughly 1930 to the end of the 1940s. Jewelry by this company does not come up often, and it should be sought after for its excellent quality and workmanship.

Modernist teardrop shaped pin or brooch in sterling silver. It is signed on the back with hand-etched marks, "Sterling Adelman [in script]". A lovely, well designed and nicely made piece. It measures 2" long by 1 1/4" wide and is the work of 50s modernist jeweler Helen Adelman. Reference to her work appears in "Handwrought Jewelry" by Lois E. Franke & "Modernist Jewelry..." by Marbeth Schon.

Four sterling silver charms made by Georg Jensen. This menagerie consists of an elephant, turtle, frog and a dolphin. They are in good vintage condition and have an early Georg Jensen mark. They are marked with the third hallmark used by his company from 1910 to 1930. The mark on the frog is not legible but is consistent with the other three.

Antique moonstone brooch in sterling silver setting. This lovely brooch measures 1 1/4" across and has an early c clasp. It is unmarked but has been gently tested and is silver. The center moonstone is slightly more blue in color than the photo would indicate. This brooch is probably English in orgin. During Victorian times, it was customary for the groom to give his bride a wedding gift and this would have been the perfect thing to give in Victorian "Love Language"--that the groom would give her "the moon and the stars.." Vintage tie bar and cufflink set made in sterling silver by Georg Jensen, design numbers 79 and 59 A. The tie bar has an elegant and simple design, it measures 2 1/4: long by 1/4" wide. The back has the post 1945 Jensen mark along with Sterling Denmark and the design number. The cufflink set also has the post 1945 Jensen mark along with Sterling Denmark and the design number. The face of each link measures 7/8" wide by 5/8" tall. This set was designed by Henry Pilstrup. It weighs 30.5 grams and is in excellent condition. Vintage 1930s perfume ring with open work setting in sterling silver. Scented cotton would be inserted into the openings in the back of the ring. This unusual ring is in overall very good condition but one of the side flower accents is very worn. It is a size 5-1/2, simply marked sterling and weighs 6.5 grams. $6.00 US ship/insure.

This sentimental sterling bracelet has 10 links. It has names engraved on most of them and each has a floral border with forget me not flowers. It probably belonged to a sweetheart, mother, or sister of someone in the armed forces during WWII. It is slightly over 3/8 inch wide, is 7 inches long and in fine condition. The engraved names are: Barbara, Anne, Ruth, Grandma, Nana, Larry, Billy, Unc. Harold, Aunt Dot, and 1943. The back of each link is marked "Forget Me Not Sterling".

1920s cast silver brooch with the biblical figure Rachel. In the bible Jacob gets his first glimpse of the beautiful Rachel, who was tending her father's sheep. (Genesis 29:17). This brooch measures 1-7/8" across and also has delicated wire filigree work. The hebrew at the bottom of the pin says "Rachel". The back is marked "ST 925 made in Palestine" and the pin has an old "C" clasp. Condition is excellent, but worthy of note is a long seam at the top of the pin that looks like a scratch. Vintage sterling silver pin or brooch designed by the Danish jewelry firm A. Michelson, which manufactured jewelry in Stockholm during the years 1946 to 1963. This pin is 1 1/2" across and is signed "925S MIC SWEDEN STERLING". It is also marked D9 (for 1954) along with other swedish hallmarks. The center of the pin has a beautiful bezel set moonstone. Although the photo does not show it well, the moonstone often has a light pink or lavender color. This piece is a very nice example of modern Scandinavian design. This Luckenbooth brooch has a Scottish hallmarks and was assayed in Edinburgh. In the center is a nice tiger eye stone, and the pin is date marked 1973. It measures 2" by 1-1/4" and weighs 10.9 grams. Condition is very good with one tiny spot of wear on the edge of the brooch. Rare Navajo 1930's coin silver tomahawk scatter pin with turquoise head. This scatter pin measures 1-1/4" and is up to 1/2" wide. Antique C1900 Coin Pin or Brooch by Lewis Bros. This brooch has 3 sections and was made to imitate the look ancient coins. It is marked sterling and has a makers mark of a capital L in a wreath. According to Dorothy Rainwater's "American Jewelry Manufacturers" this is the mark of Lewis Bros., and they ceased opeartions before 1915. This pin is 2" long & 1" wide.

Vintage butterfly wing pendant with bird and landscape in a tear drop shaped pendant. This pendant is 1 1/2" tall and 1" across at its widest point. It has an unusual design and was created using a Morpho butterfly wing with a reverse painted piece of glass set over top of it. The back is marked England Sterling Pat. Aug. 1924. Vintage 50`s Virgin Mary catholic religious medal on 20" chain. This medal measures 1" tall by 5/8" wide and is marked "Sterling". Mary is surrounded by the words "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee." The center medal has a front and back cover with dimensional roses that close over the medal to conceal it. Condition on this vintage piece is very good. Vintage English sterling silver cigarette case that belonged to King Farouk of Egypt with royal emblem. This Art Deco style cigarette case measures 4-1/2" by 3-1/2" and weighs 4.97 ounces. In the upper left hand corner is an emblem that has the letter F with a crown on top. The case was made in England and according to the assay marks was manufactured in 1946. It is in near mint condition and looks like it never used. It comes in its original case and has a bill of sale from Onnig Jewelers of Cairo Egypt. The bill sale, written in French, references "One cigarette case from the collection of King Farouk". Onnig was a well know jeweler with a shop near the Cairo Museum. Onnig even authored a book titled "Onnig G. Alixanian ; 50+ years in the life of an Egyptian Armenian jeweller".

Vintage 1950's/1960's 800 silver lipstick case has a hand chased floral and leaf design and a blue stone cabochon accent. The interior opens to reveal three parts; the casing and the mirror, the lipstick holder. The mirror and all the parts are very good vintage condition, but the case has one small ding on the back. It measures 3 inches high x 1/2 inch square and the lipstick holder is marked 800 Italy and in a lozenge with cut sides "128 FL". 1950's hidden photo ID bracelet made by Foster. The front plaque is unmonogramed and ready to be personalized. The top opens to hold a photo. The original stock photo is still present. The bracelet length can be adjusted by a jeweler but currently will fit most wrists from 6 to 7.5 inches comfortably. The inside front of the bracelet is marked "Sterling Top Foster", and the inside of the expansion link is marked "Foster stainless, so the bracelet is only partly made of sterling silver. Vintage sterling silver cigarette case and lighter in excellent condition with hand engraved design. This matching smoking set is in its original presentation box. There is no monogram engraved on either the case or the lighter where a monogram would go, so you can truly make this set your own. The case is 5" x 3" and the lighter is 2 1/4"x 1 1/2". Both items are stamped Sterling 950 and together they weigh 5.91 troy ounces (without lighter insert). This type of case has an invisible or hidden catch, the case opens and closes by sliding the top up or down. .999 Pure Silver Pendant made by Henryk Winograd. This high relief repousse pendant shows beautiful Japanese lady with fan. It measures about 1-3/4" x 1-3/8" and is in very nice condition. It weighs 25.9 grams. It's marked on the edge of the repousse HW999. Henryk Winograd was one of the world's great 20th century silversmiths. He was born in Poland of Russian heritage, from a lineage of silversmiths to the Czars. He is known for the delicacy and detail of his work. He passed away in 2008, in his 90's. Victorian rose gold-filled locket or fob with fancy engraving. The locket measure 3/4" square and has very nice design. Both sides can hold photo and both have a celluloid covering. Antique continental silver enamel pin with winged angel, C1910. This small, beautiful brooch measures 20mm or 0.787 inches. It has a deep royal blue guilloche enamel border with a hand painted center. The back is marked "GESCHUETZT" and which means "Patented" in German. It is also marked MB800, 800 being a silver content mark (800 parts out of 1,000 pure silver). The country of origin for this piece is most likely Germany or Switzerland. 1920s coin and sterling silver Native American cuff bracelet with extraordinary petrified wood stone. The front 1-3/4" high by 1-1/2" long. The sides are decorated with applied leaves and intricate stamped designs. This bracelet is made to fit a 6-1/2" to 8" wrist. Nice vintage pocket watch by Hamilton in 14K white gold filled S12 case. This watch is typical of the smaller, slimer sizes popular in the 1920's and 1930's. This pocket watch is in very good condition but the dial does have some wear. Case is excellent with no wear through to the gold fill. The watch is in running condition and keeps good time. It is triple signed; case, movement, and dial are all marked Hamilton. Serial number on the movement is 3,292,127 and the estimated production date is 1938. I have no idea when the watch movement was last cleaned, oiled, and timed. It is being sold as is, no guarantee is implied. Wide antique Victorian wedding band in 10k yellow gold with hand engraved vine and leaf design. It measures 7.3mm in width and is circa 1900. The ring is a size: 6-3/4, and no longer marked for gold purity but has a worn, rubbed maker mark (see photo). It weighs 3.3 grams. The design is still crisp and the condition is excellent. Large sterling silver cross with turquoise by Native American artist Lupe Iule. This large cross measures 2-1/2" by 1-3/4 and is set with beautiful blue turquoise. It is signed on the back and weighs 11.4 grams. Born in 1916 Lupe Iule, wife of Horace Iule, has won many awards for her work including 1st, 2nd, & 3rd at the New Mexico State Fair and the Scottsdale Arts and Crafts Show. Pair of vintage sterling silver salt & pepper shakers made by Redlich & Company between 1890-1946. They are in a Georgian style and are made of solid sterling silver (no weighting material). Each is 4 5/8" tall and are hallmarked on the bottoms with Sterling, 9084, and Redlich's makers mark (see inset picture). They are made from heavy gauge silver and total weight is 3.6 troy ounces. This is a true pair as the holes on the caps are a different size indicating that one is for salt and the other is for pepper. Both pieces in this set are in excellent condition. There are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monogram removals, no repairs and no other problems of any kind. Wonderful and whimsical set of 8 sterling silver hors d oeuvre or cocktail picks made by Maricela in Taxco Mexico. Each pick has a different design: a prickly pear cactus, a rooster, a siesta man, a house, a saguaro cactus, a sombrero, a horse, and a blanket. The back of each is marked "Sterling 925 Maricela Tasco". The picks are in very good condition with no problems to note and come in the original box. 1970's Kirk cuff style flower of the month bracelet in pewter. This bracelet has a stamped violet design and was made for someone with a February birthday. Great 1960s sterling silver Big Ben charm for bracelet sold by Georg Jensen LTD of London. This charm has good craftsmanship, and is marked "Big Ben Silver GJ LTD" on the bottom. It measures 1/2" by 7/8" and is very detailed. Condition is excellent and the charm weighs 3.1 grams. A note about this mark: the London store, in common with the Jensen store in NY, is effectively a franchise operation. As well as selling imported Jensen silver, they also retail other silver items for which they are the commissioning/importing retailer. This vintage pin exemplifies the concept of jewelry as art. It is entirely hand-made and stamped sterling. The covered bridge and landscape are set into a deep frame that is 1/4" wide. All of the components of the pin were made individually and soldered together. The detail of this piece of jewelry is simply excellent. This pin is 2 1/4" long by 1 1/4" wide. It is unsigned but was made by TD Gotshall, of Center Sandwich, NH. He was a member of the League of NH Craftsmen and after his death his son continued to produce many of his designs and signing then "AG" (Abbott Gotshall). Circa 1940s vintage silver plated Roses and Virgin Mary pendant. This pendant has 3 parts that slide together with roses showing on the front and back. The charms are a papal symbol, Tower of Pizza, Eiffel Tower, St George slaying the dragon, Dutch shoe, Renaissance style angel, Nederland sheild charm, filigree bag, Renaissance style angel, Duomo in Florence, filigree sandal, a bible that opens with The Lord's Prayer inside (this is the only charm that has a problem, 1/2 the prayer is missing), filigree book, Giotto’s Campanile, papal symbol, filigree hat, bust of Michelangelo's David, coat of arms symbol with lion holding a sheild with fleur de lis, the Coliseum of Rome. Lovely vintage ladies pendant watch, manual wind, by Abercrombie and Fitch in a sterling silver case accented with blue enamel case. The pearl and light blue colored dial has a nice Art Deco design. This pendant watch measures 24mm in diameter (about 1"). The case back has a clear crystal so you can see the movement. The watch movement has the Swiss code AXF (Abercrombie and Fitch) and is signed "Home W Co. Swiss 15 Jewels". The case is unmarked but was tested and found to be sterling silver. Circa 1930's or 1940's and this watch works very well and keeps accurate time. The cosmetic condition is excellent but there is one tiny ding in the blue enamel. I don't know when the watch movement was last cleaned, oiled, and timed. It is being sold as is, but is guaranteed to arrive in good running condition. Elegant 1930's compact by Kotler & Kopet, better know as K&K. Small size square shape with a pattern of highly polished and matte wide stripes. Present are the pouch and original puff. This compact opens by pushing down on the handle in the front. Inside, near the handle, the compact is marked "Patent 1802796 Made in USA". Condition is good with some minor signs of use and aging. The mirror has some age spots, but no fogging, and some extremely light surface scratching on the top. Overall I would rate this compact an 8 on a scale of 1-10. Very large Chinese silver gilt brooch with bezel set carved malachite stone, C1920. This brooch measures 1-7/8 square and weighs 32.3 grams (1.04 troy ounce). Vintage man's size 8-1/2 sterling silver ring with Christian symbols. The face of the ring, which measures 3/4" by 1/2", has the alpha, Chi-Rho, and omega symbols. The Chi-Rho is a Christian symbol consisting of the intersection of the capital Greek letters Chi (×) and Rho (Ñ), which are the first two letters of "Christ" in Greek. The Belais brothers were the first in the US to work with alloys to create white gold at the turn of the century actually holding the patent until 1920. Antique Victorian ring with 14K gold setting, circa 1890. This wonderful piece of jewelry holds two garnet and glass doublet stones that measures about 6mm by 4mm. Garnet and glass doublets were very common in Victorian times used to imitate ruby, emerald and sapphire. This "assembled stone" has a red garnet top, glued to a red colored glass bottom. They are highly collectible in their own right. This ring also has 4 four tiny rose cut diamonds. The ring face measures about 3/8 inch north/ south, and about 1/2 inch from east to west.
