Antique continental silver enamel pin with winged angel, C1910. This small, beautiful brooch measures 20mm or 0.787 inches. It has a deep royal blue guilloche enamel border with a hand painted center. The back is marked "GESCHUETZT" and which means "Patented" in German. It is also marked MB800, 800 being a silver content mark (800 parts out of 1,000 pure silver). The country of origin for this piece is most likely Germany or Switzerland. Condition is very good with no damage to the enamel. Please excuse the reflection of the photographers bulb near the bottom of the pin.
