 
Vintage Ladies or Womens Ball or Sphere Shaped Watch on Chain - Imperial
 Lovely Imperial ladies ball shaped watch on a 22" chain. The case is yellow gold-filled and the crystal seems to magnify the dial. Circa 1950s or earlier. Watch has Swiss movement, mechanical wind up, and is not in working order. Manufactured by Imperial Watch Co the watch will runs briefly when shaken then stop. The only condition problem worth noting is a soldier repair to the top of the bale, all else is very good. The sphere measures 3/4" across and the vintage gold filled chain is substantial.
