Very large Chinese silver gilt brooch with bezel set carved malachite stone, C1920. This brooch measures 1-7/8 square and weighs 32.3 grams (1.04 troy ounce). It has an engraved dragon and pearl design and Chinese touch marks on the back that read "China NO23 Silver S.G.". Condition is very good but has wear to gilt finish. This piece would certainly make a nice addition to any collection of Chinese silver jewelry.
