Very pretty ladies ring with 10kt yellow and white gold setting and center amethyst surrounded by imitation diamonds. The dimensions of the center stone are 9mm by 7mm and the approx. weight is 2.5 carats. The top of the ring measures 3/4" tall by 3/4" wide. The setting is marked "10K Romany" and the ring is in great condition. This vintage ring is C1950, currently a size 6-3/4, weighs 3.4 grams, and easily be re-sized.
