 
14K Gold London Blue Topaz Ring with Diamond Accents
14K gold ring with fancy setting and an oval light blue topaz with small diamond accents. The center topaz is 5mm by 7mm or 3/4 CTW. The lacy setting is accented with 6 half point diamonds. The ring is a size 7-1/2 and is marked 14k. In excellent condition, an estate piece apx. 10-20 years in age.
