Absolutely! We understand it's sometimes easier to talk to a "real person " when placing an order. Call us anytime Monday thru Saturday between 9am and 9pm Eastern Standard time. Our number is: (203) 558-8281.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, or Discover as forms of payment. It is our policy to not charge your card until we confirm that your order can be completed. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but it is an authorization only and usually will go away after 24-48 hours.

Confirmation of orders

After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get an confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email and we'll get you set up.

Tax

You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of STATE. We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to STATE addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

Shipping

All item descriptions include the actual shipping charge, and shipping costs for multiple purchases are automatically discounted. Outside the USA and Canada the shipping rates are $6.50 for orders totaling less than $100.00, $27.00 for orders totaling less than $250.00, and $45.00 for orders $250.00 and over.

We ship worldwide. Many of our customers come from English speaking countries outside of the U.S.

Delivery times

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order, here is what you can expect?

USPS Domestic:

Priority Mail - Your order will usually leave our facility on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders arrive in 2-3 days.

Express Mail - This service is available if your order is placed M-F, before 1 P.M. MST. Call us at 203-558-8281 to arrange for this type of shipping. Your order will arrive on your doorstep in two to three days, starting with shipping day number one.

International Shipping - We ship via USPS International Mail and FedEx International. Orders usually arrive in 5-10 business days.

The majority of items are shipped via USPS or FedEx, but for larger items we might use specialized freight carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order! With some exceptions (see below), if you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees. We do, however, require that you pay to ship the item back to us, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable.

  • Products must be returned to us in their original condition.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, etc.).

Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods.  Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, but you can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order.
