 
Vintage 10K Heart Shaped Shell Cameo Pendant - Rose and Yellow Gold - Esemco C1930
 Unusual 1930's heart shaped cameo in 10K solid gold frame. The rose and yellow gold alternate in this lovely setting. The nicely carved shell cameo features a lovely looking woman with hair loosely swept back from her face. The pendant is 1 1/8" tall and the bale is marked Esemco 10K.
