 14K solid pink or rose gold ring with faceted red synthetic stone. This beautiful antique style ring was made in Russia and is hallmarked on the back of the shank, the marks are "S2 6P10 P (hammer and sickle in a star) 583". The face of the ring measures 1 1/8" tall by 3/8" wide. This ring is a size 9 and could be resized. It is in near mint condition, and is an estate piece approx 20 to 30 years old.
