Set of vintage porcelain Royal Worcester egg coddlers made in England. This set has a bird pattern and is in mint condition. They come in their original box and appear to have never been used. Coddling directions are on the inside of the box top. The blue box is also in very good condition with only minor wear. Egg coddlers have been used for years to produce a form of soft, not quite boiled, egg. Royal Worcester produced three sizes: Standard (one egg), King (two eggs) and Maxime (which are no longer produced). There are standard size.
