Vintage Sterling Silver Charms and Charm Bracelets

Vintage sterling silver 1960's State of Colorado souvenir charm for bracelet made by Beau. This charm measures 1/2" high by 5/8" wide and names the Cities of Denver, Colorado Springs, and Cripple Creek. It is marked "Beau Sterling".

Converted vintage butterfly wing earring made into a charm featuring a pink flamingo. It measures 1/2" high by 1/2" wide. The setting is silver color but not Sterling. In good vintage condition with minor wear to the edge of the setting, unsigned.

C1900 sterling clinder shaped box with lid made by F&B. This box measures 1" tall by almost 5/8" across at the top. The piece was originally meant to attach to a chatalaine. The maker F. & B. is Foster & Baily Co. (1878-1898), which became the Foster & Bro. Co. (1898 -1950). Condition is very good with no dings or dents and the lid closes securely. This would make a very special addition to any charm bracelet.

Vintage 1960's sterling silver double link charm bracelet. Marked "Sterling" it measures 7" by slightly over 1/4" and weighs 10.6 grams. The bracelet was rhodium plated to prevent tarnishing. Very good condition with no problems to note.

Nice vintage sports charm in sterling silver dated 1934. The charm is 7/8" tall and has a circle with a basketball, a hockey stick, and a baseball bat. The back is engraved with the initials W.B. and it is marked "Sterling Folger N.Y.". The charm also has the school letters WHHS.

Vintage sterling silver Eastern Star charm for bracelet. It has five pointed star under a glass bubble. Measures almost 5/8" across and weighs 1.9 grams. In very good condition. The back of the charm is unmarked.

Vintage sterling silver charm bracelet with 9 individual enamel charms & spring ring catch. Most of these sheild charms are marked 800 and are made of continental grade silver (800 parts out of 1,000 pure silver) but two are marked "Sterling". The bracelet is a souvenir of someone's trip to Germany. The city charms are: Starnberg, Bonn, Bad Tolz, Tirol, Munich, Mannheim, Garmisch, Furth, Tegernsee. Very good condition for all with no damage to the enamel.

Sterling silver charm bracelet with 16 sterling silver charms. Most of the charms are 3D and in the shape of dental equipment or tools. The charms include a mouth mirror, exam chair with bowl, a dental explorer or pick, a tooth, a tooth brush, a tooth tray, a partial denture, and a movable full set of dentures. The caduceus charm near the center is the only mass manufactured charm on the bracelet. The bracelet itself measures 7-1/2" long and with the charms it weighs 44.7 grams or 1.44 troy ounces. Condition for all is excellent with no problems to note.

1940's sterling silver Bermuda souvenir charm bracelet with 5 charms. This bracelet has 4 fish and one round charm with Bermuda's national coat of arms, and all are accented with enamel. The bracelet and charms weigh 7.9 grams, and the bracelet is 7" long. All the charms and the bracelet are marked "sterling E". Overall condition is very good but two of the fish have some loss of enamel.

Vintage sterling silver 6-3/4" heavy link bracelet with 4 sterling Mexican charms, some of them unusual. All are marked sterling. The bracelet has a safety clasp and is marked "925 Hecho En Mexico DF, with an Aztec Warrior" on the claps. The whole piece weighs 39 grams or over an ounce of silver. It has a lighter with a frog, an elephant with tusk raised, a Fleur De Lis and Rampant Lion, a horse, and an early depiction of Mickey Mouse (with the thiner nose and smaller head). The bracelet and charms weigh 19.2 grams, and the bracelet is 6-3/4" long. The charms have the rather primitive appearance typical of some manufacturers of the era. The bracelet and all the charms are marked sterling, the clasp is an early spring ring type.

The trademark Automade belongs to the Automatic Chain Company established around 1920 for the manufacture of chains. This bracelet weighs 12.7 grams and is in very good vintage condition.
