Jewelry Layaway Terms and Conditions:
THE MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT is $150.00 for using our Layaway Plan.
- A twenty-five percent (25%) deposit is required as a down payment on all layaway purchases.
- We will hold your layaway for a period of up to four (4) months. Extended terms are available on certain jewelry pieces if the purchase price exceeds $1,000.00.
- We require a minimum monthly payment of twenty five percent (25%) of the outstanding layaway balance. You can only make 1 payment per month, not more.
- No cash refunds are given if you cancel or fail to pay on a layaway purchase. However, a store credit will be granted equal to payments made.
- Jewelry purchased on our layaway plan can be exchanged for other products in our store if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. The merchandise to be exchanged must be returned, in the original condition, within 10 days of receipt.
- If final payment on your layaway order is made by personal check, the layaway will be held until funds have cleared the issuing bank.

- Debit Card, Credit Card, or Paypal Invoice - Call us at 1-203-558-8281 to arrange for payment of your deposit and to schedule a payment plan.
- Check or Money Order – this method of payment is also accepted. Call us at the number above to make arrangements.
Please do not send cash through the mail! We cannot be responsible for loss or theft of currency.
