Antique English, solid 9 carat gold wide mourning band ring; with hand engraved decoration, enameled front with seed pearls and insets with woven hair. It has English gold hallmarks that indicate it was assayed in Chester in the year 1897. The Maker's marks are worn but appear to be WGM. The band is 1/4" wide and the ring is a size 8-1/4.
