 
Vintage 800 Silver Pill Box with Large Green Chalcedony Stone and Hand Chasing
 1920's 800 silver pill box with a 6 sided shape. This pill box has a large 18mm by 12mm green chalcedony stone and beautiful hand chased foliate designs. The hand chasing covers the entire box, even the bottom. The gold washed interior has two marks, 800 other numbers in a cartouche, these marks could be Italian in origin. The underside of the catch on the lid in also marked 800. This box is a small work of art and in excellent condition. It closes well, has no dings or dents, and the stone is fine.
